The Suburban Collection would like to thank our employees, customers, and community for your donations and support towards Gleaners throughout November. Every dollar raised contributed 3 meals.

We are excited to announce the donation amounts raised for Gleaners Community Food Bank. A grand total donation amount of $35,000 was raised, which translates into 105,000 meals.

Nearly 4,000 pounds of food was collected at our Southeast Michigan dealerships.

Toys for Tots Donations Accepted December 1-16

December 1 - 16 all Southeast Michigan Suburban Collection dealerships will be accepting new, unused, unwrapped toys to donate to Toys for Tots.  All donations are going to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program.

Toys for Tots was started by Bill Hendricks, USCR in 1947. Hendricks, along with a group of Marine Reservists made it into the history books that year by collecting and distributing 5,000 toys to needy children throughout?

Over 125 employees of the Suburban Collection volunteered their time on October 15, 2001, and walked in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, five mile walk at Belle Isle. The Suburban Collection showed their commitment to the event by becoming a Gold sponsor of the event.

In the preceding weeks, the employees managed to collect over $25,000 in donations for Breast Cancer research. The Suburban Collection employee group exceeded their stated goal by more?
