Stuff a Subaru to Benefit the Detroit Dog Rescue

Suburban Subaru of Troy is will be filling as many Subaru's as needed with items to benefit the Detroit Dog Rescue throughout the entire month of February.


Items that are most needed by the Detroit Dog Rescue are:
Gallon water jugs
Dog food (adult, puppy, any brand)
Soft, meaty dog treats
Large dog bowls
Blankets and towels
Dog beds
Dog collars and leashes (large, thick, and durable)
Crates and kennels (wire or plastic)
Dog toys (heavy duty, durable brands for our big chewers)
Flea & Tick preventatives (spray, topical, shampoos)
Hydrogen Peroxide
Medical supplies
Paper towels
Gas gift cards for the field agent DDR van

Subaru is known as being "Dog Tested. Dog Approved" as many of their current commercials relate. The Stuff a Subaru event is a perfect fit.


The Detroit Dog Rescue has a mission for creating a state-of-the-art, no kill shelter in Detroit. They are also focused on "raising awareness for the plight of the forgotten, homeless and stray dogs of Detroit."
