J.D. Power Gives Praise to Multiple Ford Trucks and Other Models in Latest Awards Announcements

Ford trucks are known throughout Michigan for their toughness and capability. Whether you need simple utility or heavy-duty towing capability, there's a Ford truck that's ready to help. But Michigan drivers aren't the only ones who have noticed the quality of these pickups.

Ford trucks have historically done very well when it comes to J.D. Power awards, and this year is no different. Ford pickups dominated in all three segments during the Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study.

In the flourishing midsize segment, the new Ranger took home the top prize. The ultra-competitive large light-duty segment saw a repeat victory for the F-150. Ford Super Duty trucks came away with a win in the large heavy-duty segment as well.

Ford trucks weren't the only models to get some love, either. The new Expedition fought its way to a victory in the large SUVs segment, and the Lincoln Navigator came out on top of the large premium SUV segment.

The results are clear -- Ford occupies a premium space in the truck and SUV markets. From the practical Ranger all the way up to the three-row Expedition, these vehicles demonstrate Ford's commitment to pragmatic, durable design and cutting-edge features.
