Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry. Employees of The Suburban Collection, Suburban Collection Showplace and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)
2. Sponsor: The Suburban Collection, 1795 Maplelawn Drive, Troy, MI 48084 Administrator: Street Marketing, 143 Cady Centre #246, Northville, MI 48167.
3. Timing: The Promotion begins on March 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 6, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period").
4. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter during the Promotion Period, complete the registration form including name, address, phone, and email.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.
The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
5. Sweepstakes: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sweepstakes: The random drawing will be conducted on Sponsor's behalf by Administrator at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET on March15, 2011 in Northville, MI, U.S.A.
6. POTENTIAL WINNER ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION.
7. Verification of Potential Winner: Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Sweepstakes winner will be notified by mail, email, telephone or registered mail after the date of the random drawing. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the Consent of Release, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. If the potential Sweepstakes Prize winner cannot be contacted in person, via email or by mail within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
8. Prizes: Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: Prize includes a certificate for a BOYNE Unlimited Golf Package for two including two nights’ lodging with choice of deluxe hotel accommodations in the Main Lodge at Boyne Highlands Resort or Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa at Boyne Mountain Resort, plus unlimited golf with cart for two players on any of BOYNE’s eight spectacular golf courses. In addition, a $100 gift card will be provided to the winner to use for food and/or beverages during the two night stay.
Redemption is based upon availability, allows double occupancy, and holiday/ blackout periods apply. Lodging and golf reservations must be made in advance of arrival by calling 800.GO.BOYNE (462.6963) and certificate presented upon check-in. Valid golf courses include The Moor, Donald Ross Memorial, Arthur Hills, The Heather, The Monument, The Alpine, Crooked Tree Golf Club and Bay Harbor Golf Club. Certificate is non-transferable and not valid with/for any other offer.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000 USD. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
